Enter your reference number and postcode to find your booking and cancel it

Before you start

You can find your reference number on the confirmation email we sent to you when you made your booking. It's 10 characters long.

You must cancel before 4pm the day before your visit is due or you won’t receive a refund.

You’re also not entitled to a refund if:

  • you’ve booked us for rats or mice, which is made up of two visits, and you cancel the second visit
  • you cancel an extra (single) rats or mice visit.

This is because we’ll need to visit you again to remove the bait boxes we left.
