You can find your reference number on the confirmation email we sent to you when you made your booking. It's 10 characters long.
You must reschedule before 4pm the day before your visit is due to take place.
After 4pm the day before it is too late for us to change the date. You can cancel your visit but you will not be entitled to a refund. If you still want us to visit on another day, you will need to book and pay again.
